We can't wait to help you on your way to better health and help you to improve your running! All of our members start their journey with an initial consultation which will include a thorough history,thermal scans of your spine, a posture analysis plus orthopaedic testing.

60 Minute Massage (£10 Off throughout July) - £50.00

This appointment type is for Massage Therapy. Our Massage therapists use a variety of different techniques including deep tissue, reflexology and reiki. During your initial session your massage therapist will decide which techniques will best help to achieve your desired goals from your massage. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to get in touch.

PLEASE NOTE: If you're struggling to find a 60 minute slot then please book a 30 minute slot at your desired time and then call the centre to upgrade this to 60 minutes.

Please be aware that for online bookings we require 48 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling. If you need to change you appointment after this period then please call the centre and we will be able to help.
